Tame-Care

Created in 2020, Tame-Care, a TRONICO brand, specialises in medical technologies.

Tame-Care was born out of the know-how of TRONICO’s teams, who are experts in technical and regulatory constraints. Its ambition is to become a leader in the world of electronic medical devices by addressing new health issues.

Tame‑Care is an electronic engineering company specialized in active medical devices (Class II, III and implantable), part of the Agôn Electronics group and based in Saint‑Philbert‑de‑Bouaine, France. It supports clients across the full lifecycle—from concept design to serial production—leveraging its integrated team and close ties with TRONICO, FEDD and Team 31.

Its foundation is built on five core areas of expertise spanning the entire product development cycle:

1. Project definition: Collaborative requirement gathering, regulatory alignment, economic feasibility and specification drafting by a multidisciplinary team.

2. Design: Developing innovative, user-centric and medically compliant solutions using advanced modeling tools with industrial feasibility in mind.

3. Prototyping: An agile two-stage methodology including mock-up (Proto A) and qualified functional prototype (Proto Q) to validate technical, ergonomic and user requirements.

4. Industrialization: Aligning engineering with scalable, cost-efficient manufacturing processes—covering materials, tooling, pilot runs, and manufacturability.

5. Manufacturing: ISO 13485-certified contract manufacturing capabilities ensuring quality, traceability and scaling—from pre-series to mass production.

Tame‑Care also offers high-value strategic services: technology consulting, regulatory affairs support, customized test benches, supply chain management and long‑term device sustainability services (“sustaining longevity”).
